Bioptics Imaging, LLC develops optical imaging for quantification of blood flow, oxygenation and oxygen metabolism in normal and diseased tissues of animals and humans. The motivation is to explore the feasibility of optical-electronic instruments for noninvasive diagnosis of various diseases and longitudinal monitoring of therapies.
TR-LSCI
TR-LSCI (Time-Resolved Laser Speckle Contrast Imaging)(U.S. Utility Non-provisional Patent Application #18/473,051, 2023) is a noncontact, portable optical neuroimaging device capable of depth-resolved mapping of cerebral blood flow (CBF).
scDCT
Speckle contrast diffuse correlation tomography (scDCT). Supported by the NIH, we have developed an innovative scDCT technology (US Patent #9861319, 2016-2036), which provides a non-contact, fast, low-cost, and portable tool for high-density 2D/3D imaging of cerebral blood flow and oxygenation distributions in relatively deep brains (up to centimeter).
